The Stewards have partnered with the Mendocino Land Trust (MLT), the City of PA and BLM to create a trail connection from Arena Cove up to the existing bluff top trail on the Point Arena-Stornetta Lands. The Stewards approached the owners of the Coast Gaurd Inn, the McCollum family about a potential public trail easement on their property and they were agreeable to the idea. Great news for our Community. On April 6, the State Coastal Conservancy awarded a $100,000 planning grant to MLT and ACS to begin the necessary studies and create the trail plans.
